The Sweet Laces mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Sweet Laces ("Sweet Laces", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By accepting Sweet Laces' SMS service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of Sweet Laces through your wireless carrier to the cell phone number you have provided, even if your cell phone number is registered on a state or federal do-not-call list. Text messages can be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers and other marketing offers (for example, shopping cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to register for this program in order to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Sweet Laces. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges, including those imposed by your wireless service provider.
You may opt out of the service at any time. Text the STOP command to SweetLaces or click on the unsubscribe link (if any) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a single unsubscribe confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sweet Laces mobile messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you will need to unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective terms of use.

We may change the short codes or telephone numbers we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including requests for STOP or HELP, that you send to a short number or telephone number that we have changed may not be received and that we will not be obliged to honour any requests made in such messages.
Mobile operators supported by the service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid cell phone number. If you obtain a new cell phone number, you will need to register for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failure, delay or misdirection of any information sent through the service, for any error in such information and/or for any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the service.
